Alyssa was a wonderful host and provided an excellent place to stay. The home was well equipped for all my needs and for the few things I inquired about she was very responsive in making sure I had what I needed. On top of that this place is well located just outside downtown and walkable to several parks, coffee shops, two grocery stores, and several restaurants. If you are planning to stay in Spokane I highly recommend this location.

Perfect place for a peaceful visit to Spokane. Close enough to walk to 2 grocery stores and a few coffee shops. Downtown was nearby and easy to get to as well. The place was charming with lots of space and ac available when it got a little warm. Lots of kitchenware for cooking

We were very comfortable in the space and Alyssa was extremely attentive. She responded quickly to questions and gave us an early checkin to accommodate a toddler’s nap schedule.

Loved everything about this house! Both inside and outside was perfect for our stay. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and also spend time together. The backyard is a huge bonus with the hot tub and fire pit. The house is so beautiful and cozy 😍 Garland District has lots to do in walking distance. Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Thank you for the great stay in Spokane! The home fit our whole group and was nicely spread out throughout 3 floors. We felt right at home in this cozy spot. It is in such a great location with endless options that are in short walking distance. We appreciate how friendly and responsive the host was. Check in was flawless and we did not run into a single issue during our stay. I would definitely return to this location the next time we come to Spokane!

We loved our stay. Alyssa’s place was bright, cheerful, cozy and super clean. The beds were great and the amenities were above and beyond. We hope to be able to book the loft every time we stay in Spokane now. And checking out was super simple with minimal tasks for us to do before we left.

Nice flat in a safe neighborhood, with easy walking distance to a grocery store, some decent restaurants, coffee shops, parks, including Manito Park, and even walkable to downtown. Would stay there again.

Highly recommend. Located on the beautiful and quiet South Hill close to several parks and right around the corner from a grocery store and coffee spot/ bakery. Alyssa is also an amazing host, we messaged her Tuesday asking if there was a grill available at the property, checked in on Thursday and by Friday she had set up a grill out by the hot tub that was ready to use that weekend. We have family in Spokane and will definitely being staying here on future visits!

Was very happy with my two night stay in April 2025 to visit friends that moved to town. Easy access to downtown and all of Spokane. Zero issues with my stay. Will be back. Walkable to grocery, restaurants and coffee/breakfast.

Old house and it was either too hot or too cold but that’s not the fault of the host! Just old housing. Beautiful neighborhood and loved how it was decorated.
