While this unit is the upstairs unit of a duplex, you have your own doorway for access & will not share any private areas with other travelers. The hot tub area and backyard are shared between "The Flat" and "The Loft".

While this unit is the upstairs unit of a duplex, you have your own doorway for access & will not share any private areas with other travelers. Please note that the temperature in the winter months is set at a steady 70 degrees with the central air in the home. You have access to open or close vents to control heat level. You are also provided two space heaters in case you prefer for it to be above 70 degrees! In the summer months, each bedroom and the main living area has it's own air conditioning unit that can be set at your desired temperature.

Guest Access

The entire upstairs unit is privately yours, there is a separate access door at the front that requires your specific code for the days of your stay. The hot tub and backyard areas are shared between the two units (The Flat & The Loft). Please be respectful of your fellow travelers and share the spaces in the backyard. There are plenty of areas to spread out and enjoy!

Perfect place for a peaceful visit to Spokane. Close enough to walk to 2 grocery stores and a few coffee shops. Downtown was nearby and easy to get to as well. The place was charming with lots of space and ac available when it got a little warm. Lots of kitchenware for cooking

We were very comfortable in the space and Alyssa was extremely attentive. She responded quickly to questions and gave us an early checkin to accommodate a toddler’s nap schedule.

Parking: There are no private parking spaces at the Loft, but because the home is located in a quite neighborhood on side streets, there is TONS of free & unlimited parking options on the street. *Usually the spots just in front of the home are open & available! Driving: The Loft is less than 5 minutes from Downtown Spokane, 11 minutes to the Airport, and within 15-20 minutes of almost everything that Spokane has to offer! Bus/Public Transit: The nearest bus stop is 1 block away on 14th and Monroe St!
