OUTSIDE: - 6-Person HOT TUB - Outdoor 55" TV - Outdoor BBQ grill & firepit! - Cornhole & Outdoor games! - Two large living spaces perfect for families who appreciate a little extra space! EVENTS If you would like to host more than the occupancy, please reach out to your host directly. We DO NOT accommodate parties, but we do understand that you may want to host small family get-togethers or have visitors to the home. A few things to consider: - We have strict rules around QUIET HOURS, and do not permit loud groups in the backyard past 10pm. Quite Hours are 10PM - 7AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. No more than 6 persons at one time in the hot tub. EVENTS: If you will be having an event (birthday, family reunion, etc.) with more guests than capacity (10 people). Please let us know ahead of time as all get togethers/events need to be approved by your hosts! Please let us know how many guests will be attending in your message and what you are celebrating. PETS: If you are bringing along your furry friends, please be sure to include this in your original booking. This is a pet friendly home and up to 2 pets are allowed with the one-time $140 pet fee. If you have had a change of plans after booking and would like to bring your pet along, please message your host so the pet fee can be added. PET RULES: 1) You must immediately clean up after your pet on property. The Garland Getaway has a fully fenced in backyard, but this does not mean that poop pick up is included in your stay. Any poop found on the property following your stay will result in an additional clean-up charge. 2) No pets left unattended in the home. You are able to crate your pet while away from property. **No crates/kennels are provided, so please consider this in your travel plans. 3) Please do not let your pets chew, destroy, or be a nuisance to neighbors! I know you would think this is obvious - but you would be surprised how frequently things happen! If something does get damaged on your stay, we know it happens sometimes, please let your hosts know ASAP so that we can determine if a replacement item will be needed for the next guests!
