Enjoy your stay at this centrally-located, 2-bedroom/ 1 bath main floor unit in a Craftsman home in the historic Cliff-Cannon neighborhood, just a few minutes from downtown Spokane & hospitals. Within walking distance to 2 grocery stores (Rosauers & Huckleberry's). Hot Tub & Backyard for relaxing! Newly built deck with lounging couch! There is no private parking, but being on a slow neighborhood street means we have LOTS of street parking just out front of the house - unlimited free parking.
Good to know
The unit is part of a historic home that has been converted into a duplex. This unit is "The Flat on 13th" (2 bed/1 bath) and it's upstairs neighbor is "The Loft on 13th" (2 bed/1 bath). Each unit has a separate, dedicated (code-locked) entrance to your space and the unit upstairs has their own. The only space that is "shared" between units is the backyard, including the hot tub and outdoor TV area underneath the deck. *We ask that you share this space respectfully and keep hot tub sessions to 15 minutes or less.* If you are looking to travel with a larger group - we recommend looking at renting both units for your stay! Both units easily accommodate 8 adult guests. If you would like to host an event, we require booking of both units to have exclusive access to the backyard and outdoor spaces! Located in the quaint Cliff-Cannon neighborhood just a few minutes south of downtown Spokane! Within walking distance to 2 grocery stores, only 1 block from Rosauers.
Guest Access
You'll have full and private access to your unit and the basement level for laundry. The backyard & front patio are shared. The backyard can be accessed through the backdoor to the back deck or down the shared driveway to the east of the house.

If you're looking for walkable spots - you're in luck, we're with a couple blocks from multiple grocery stores, a coffee shop, and 2 restaurants (including really yummy pizza!). We're pretty close to downtown so it is easy to grab an Uber/Lyft right from the unit. If you are up for a little walk, it's not too far to head down the hill into downtown - we would recommend either riding a scooter or catching a ride up the hill - it's pretty steep - but we've done it more than a couple times!! Rental cars are great to have in Spokane so that you can check out some spots that are a little further from downtown. If you are looking for a day trip, Coeur d'Alene is an awesome city just 30 minutes away to check out - especially in the summer!
